    By using our pre-paid, documented and insured Fedex shipping method you are assured that your items will arrive discreetly and safely at Prima. Upon receipt of your items Prima ensures maximum security in our state of the art facility.

  3. Who should I expect to call me after my jewelry is received by Prima?
    All inbound and outbound shipments to Prima are logged at our facility and then assigned to one of our appraiser/gemologists. A complete analysis of your items is performed and upon completion a Prima representative will call you to provide an offer of purchase and answer any questions you may have.

  4. What happens if I decide not to accept a Prima offer or change my decision to sell my merchandise?
    Prima’s main concern is customer satisfaction. Should the transaction not be finalized your items will be returned as quickly as possible, via Fedex and insured for twice the purchase price offered.
